Shipping policy

Shipping - USA only

Free ground shipping on all domestic continental US orders. Estimated ground shipping
time for domestic continental US orders is 2 to 5 business days. Remote addresses
may require additional delivery time.

Pre-ordered product items will ship once the product items arrive at XOOX’s fulfillment
center located in Dallas, TX. Please visit the item’s product page for the intended ship
date.

Orders will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. XOOX strives to ship
all orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the
purchase. Any order placed on a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next
business day.

Express shipping may be available. If available, express shipping can be selected by a
customer, at the customer’s cost, at the time of cart checkout. Unexpected and
uncontrollable delays due to weather, holidays, etc. involving express shipping is not the
responsibility of XOOX and will not result in a refund of express shipping cost.

Once the XOOX package has been delivered to the correct address, XOOX is not
responsible for a lost or stolen package.
