XOOX takes its name from the oldest language in competition, the X's and O's drawn before anything is won. They are not decoration. They are intent made visible: the diagram of a plan, the shorthand of discipline, the quiet intelligence that separates those who compete from those who prevail.

THE VISION

XOOX was founded by Robert Griffith on a conviction that has never wavered: excellence deserves an object worthy of it.

He came to that conviction the long way. Undrafted out of San Diego State, he made the Minnesota Vikings roster in 1994 and stayed in the league thirteen seasons — eight in Minnesota, then Cleveland, then Arizona. Twice named All-Pro. More than a thousand career tackles, none of them given to him. He spent six years on the executive committee of the NFL Players Association, where the stakes were longer than a single season. Through the Robert Griffith Foundation, he has spent years sending students to college who would not otherwise have gone. A belief, in practice, that talent may be evenly distributed but opportunity is not. What he learned across all of it was simple and unsentimental that standards are kept in private, long before anyone is watching.

He saw a gap between the two worlds he knew. On one side, luxury beautifully made, exquisitely finished, and from the discipline that earns it. On the other, the culture of relentless achievement, meaningful yet served almost exclusively by the disposable.

XOOX exists in the space between. A house built on the belief that the principles governing greatness, preparation, restraint, and execution under pressure are the same principles that govern how a XOOX product is made.

Nothing here is accidental. Everything is intentional.

Each XOOX release is conceived as a tribute to a discipline, a moment, an institution, and a talent that redefined what was possible.

We work in partnership with leagues, artists, musicians, athletes, and houses whose work we admire. Each collaboration is limited by design, numbered by intention, and closed permanently when the edition is complete. There are no reissues. There are no restocks.

Scarcity is not a marketing decision. It is the honest consequence of making something in tribute: the moment being honored happened once, and the object commemorating it.

To carry XOOX is to make a quiet declaration.
